Richard Oliver's expert review of the just published report of the FINNULCER trial from Finland. The aim of the FINNULCER trail was to evaluate the benefit of treating the sub-ulcer venous plexus with ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy (UGFS) in patients with venous leg ulcers.
